I am passionate about supporting others using the power of the beautiful game. This has been evidenced by my FA Leadership Academy project “Off Your Chest” which was nationally recognised and awarded the Outstanding Youth Leader Award by the The FA in July 2023. In the 2025/26 season, as a FALA Legacy project entering its fourth year, Off Your Chest is supporting multiple mental health football provisions across Somerset and unifying some great work in the space under one cohesive, recognised identity.

I coach voluntarily at North Curry Football Club within their girls’ pathway and Vice Chair. I’ve been coaching at the club since 2022 and have always felt supported to create positive change and and we continue to progressively grow as a positive, accessible and empowering environment for everyone to enjoy football and unleash their potential.

My current professional role as Somerset FA’s Football Development Officer for Clubs and Coaches allows me to empower club workforces every day to strive to sustain and grow their club provision to the highest quality. This includes England Accreditation support and Club Development Reviews within the Thriving Community Clubs programme introduced in February 2025. If it’s football and connected to club volunteers and youth voice, I’ll be there somewhere!

Previously, I worked as a School Games Organiser responsible for over 117 schools in the South West of England as part of the Somerset Activity and Sport Partnership (SASP). Alongside that role, I also helped to build and support equal access to girl’s football in 140+ schools as a Strategic Lead for the Barclays Girl’s Football in Schools Partnership program.
